Through our enquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

During an engagement we may process names, roles and professional details of your staff where these appear in tender responses, along with commercial information about your organisation.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we hold your email address until you unsubscribe.

3. How we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to your request and, where you become a client, to deliver the services agreed.

We use engagement data to prepare, review and manage tender submissions on your behalf.

We use newsletter data only to send the content you asked for. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, on contract performance to deliver our services, on consent for marketing communications, and on legal obligation where retention is required for tax or regulatory purposes.

5. Sharing
