Fixed Fees, Agreed Before We Start

No hourly meter, no surprise invoices. We scope the work, quote a written price, and that is the price — unless you ask us to do more, which we would agree with you first.

How Our Pricing Works

Four commitments that apply to every engagement, whatever the service.

Quoted In Writing

You get a fixed price and a defined scope before any work begins. If the scope changes, we agree a revised price before we act on it.

Scoped To The Job

Fees reflect the number of questions, the word counts and how much usable content you already have — not a standard rate card applied to everyone.

No Obligation To Proceed

Scoping conversations and honest bid/no-bid opinions are free. We would rather tell you not to bid than take a fee for a submission that cannot score.

Success-Linked Options

On some tenders we can agree a reduced base fee paired with a success element on award, so our incentives sit alongside yours.

What To Expect

Indicative shapes of engagement. Every quote is specific to your documents and your deadline — ask us and we will price the actual job.

One-Off Support

A single tender response, an independent bid review, a bid/no-bid assessment or a readiness audit. Quoted as one fixed fee for a defined piece of work.

Fixed fee per engagement

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions suppliers ask us most before their first tender.

Fees depend on the number of questions, the word counts and how much usable content you already have. We quote a fixed price before any work starts, and for many clients we offer a reduced base fee paired with a success bonus on award, so our incentives sit with yours.

A short quality submission can be turned around in a few days. A large framework with several lots usually needs three to four weeks. Tell us the deadline and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.

A director reads every submission, and the person who scopes your bid is the person who writes it. You deal with the writers directly, not an account manager passing messages along.

Yes. Most of our work is public procurement, but we also write private sector proposals, PQQs, RFPs and renewal submissions. Writing to a scoring framework transfers directly.
