Graduate Bid Writer Programme
Our graduate programme is for people who enjoy writing clearly, researching carefully and turning complicated information into something a reader can act on. You do not need a procurement background. We will teach you that.
From your first week you will work on live tenders alongside senior writers, with structured training, regular feedback and a clear path to managing your own clients.
What You Will Do
- Research tender documents and build compliance checklists
- Interview client teams to gather evidence and case studies
- Draft quality responses mapped to published scoring criteria
- Edit and proofread submissions before they go out
- Help maintain client bid libraries and templates
- Take part in win/loss reviews and learn from every result
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent written English and a careful eye for detail
- A degree in a writing-heavy subject, or equivalent experience
- Curiosity about how organisations deliver their services
- The ability to manage several deadlines calmly
- Openness to feedback and a wish to keep improving
